This gonio lens is used for viewing the anterior chamber angle and central retina.
Two opposing mirrors inclined at 62° provide a complete 360° view of angle with only 90° of rotation of the lens. Similar to a single mirror gonioscope, the small contact surface helps in the examination of children and adults with small fissures.
